After playing his previous two seasons at Melbourne Central Catholic, linebacker Quincey Mills has decided to play his senior season with the Melbourne Bulldogs. He played in 10 games as a sophomore and 11 last season helping MCC get into the playoffs.
On September 27, Quincey got one carry against Cardinal Newman for two yards. It will be interesting to see if he gets a few more carries in the Melbourne offense this coming season.
Mills has been consistent in his first two seasons, registering 33 solo tackles as a sophomore and 36 as a junior. He has 78 tackles in all, including four career sacks. His two career interceptions both came last season.
We wish Quincey the best in his senior season. There is no question he is a great addition to the Bulldogs roster.
