BSN FUTURE STAR Lakota Wojciechowski– Cocoa Football

Cocoa Tigers tight end and Lakota Wojciechowski is readying for his senior season on the gridiron. He played his sophomore season at Astronaut where he played five games and had two solo tackles and 12 total tackles.

Last season with Cocoa, Wojciechowski played primarily tight end but did have four total tackles on defense.

Offensively, Wojciechowski’s 2019 season got off to a great start with a five-catch effort against Hoover in the second game of the season on August 30. He finished with 81 receiving yards and a touchdown, earning him the Player of the Game.

He followed that up with a 95-yard, three catch performance against Sebastian River the following week.  Wojciechowski bookended that with a career performance against Bolles on November 29 when he had eight catches for 131 yards in a Class 4A playoff game. He was named the Tigers Player of the Game following that performance.

When all was said and done, Wojciechowski’s 2019 season included 34 catches and 575 yards, and one trip to the end zone.

When the 2020 season begins, it has the potential to a great one for Lakota. He will have an even better grasp of the system and have another year of experience under his belt. Brevard Sports Network wishes him and the Tigers the best this coming year.
