Nag Nets Game Winner Against ERAU

Sunshine State Conference

Per Henrik Nag scored his ninth goal of the season in the 23rd minute on Saturday, leading the Florida Tech Panthers to their third straight win, a 1-0 victory over Embry-Riddle at Rick Stottler Field.

Solomon Wheatley took the original shot that was headed wide, but Nag redirected it past ERAU goalie Will Hanisch into the back of the net. Nag would get another shot 1:53 later, but Hanisch made the save, only to see Nag get another chance with 5:55 to go in the first half, but the save was made again.

Florida Tech (8-2, 4-2 SSC) took 10 shots in the first half, while the Eagles took one. Panthers goalie Aymerick Berald-Catelo did not face a shot in the first half but made two saves in the second half.

The biggest of those saves came with 15 minutes to go, off a corner kick. Christian Mather got it onto the box and Olav Olsen Aamlid got a shot but was denied by Berald-Catelo.
