Donny started his sportswriting career at Masthead Publications in 2001, covering high school sports for five different schools in Upstate New York. From there, he moved to Jock Report. This was the Drudge Report of Sports, where he wrote headlines for the website. In 2007,  Donny started working for covering the Binghamton Senators (AHL), and Binghamton Mets (Double-A Eastern League).

After moving to Central Florida, Donny continued to work for, covering the Brevard County Manatees (Florida State League High-A) in 2015 and 2016. During the 2015 baseball season, gave Donny the chance to write and edit articles for their website. The Manatees articles moved over to 27outsbaseball after shut down in July of 2016.

In August of 2016, the decision was made to start this website, covering the nine major sports at Florida Tech.

Donny appeared on Space Coast Daily TV in November of 2018, covering the 2018 NCAA Playoff Selection Show with Alan Zlotorzynski and Jerry Durney

In May of 2019, Donny was hired at 321Sportscast to cover sports for a new up-and-coming sports broadcasting company in Brevard County. You can read Donny’s articles from that site here.
