BSN FUTURE STAR James Linnabary– Holy Trinity Soccer/Football

James Linnabary is heading into his senior season at Holy Trinity and has been a starter in each of his first two varsity seasons. He is also a member of Space Coast United. There he was the starting goalkeeper at the age of 16 in the 19U league. He has been a kicker on the Tigers football team since his freshman year.

As a goalkeeper and forward for the Tigers James played in all 19 games and led his squad to a 10-win season, a conference championship, a sectional title, and a spot in the regional playoffs. He had five shutouts 66 total saves, and a goals-against-average of 1.4 in 1,560 minutes played. His efforts got him voted to the all-conference and all-region first team, as well as netting him numerous accolades.

James scored a goal against Eau Gallie on January 29 and had two assists in a 3-2 win over the Commodores.

Linnabary has kicked field goals and extra points on the gridiron, converting seven of nine extra-point attempts as a freshman. He made 31-of-37 extra points as a sophomore and went 1-of-3 on field goals. This past season he was 12-of-14 in the point after category and went 1-for-3 on field goals, hitting from 28 yards.
